Well rounded mild brightness

To prepare a large thermos (1L) of Arabic coffee:

  1. Boil 1 ½ L water in a big pot
  2. Reduce the heat then add 9 tbsp of Sada coffee
  3. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Turn off the heat and allow coffee to settle for 1 hour
  5. Pour through a fine strainer
  6. Reheat back to a boiling point then pour into a thermos
  7. Add cardamom accordingly (optional)
